Some of our clients

IMAX Corporation, Canada: As an incorporated consultant, Ram Sundar helped develop the new IMAX Laser Projector and the NextGen Film Camera, and developed assembly and testing documentation.

ATS Automation, Canada: Helped develop a test rig for Hydrogen Fuel Cells, including complete CAD design and 2D drawings.

Nanowave Technologies Inc., Canada: Tested and validated electronic components, PCBAs, housings, and assemblies to work in space and microgravity environments. Used ANSYS to perform static structural, modal, random vibration, and thermal analyses. Used DFMA and FMEA to reduce improve existing designs and reduce manufacturing time of critical housings from 11 hours to 2.5 hours.

ASML BV, Netherlands: Developed a machine to assemble a film of 50 nanometers' thickness ("Pellicle") to a semiconductor reticle to reduce contamination and save $2 million over a 2-year period (ongoing), by eliminating "dead" chips on wafers. Developed several test setups, created complete project documentation, and created user manuals.

Triveni Turbines Ltd., India: Developed machines to polish turbine blades.

HHV Solar, India: Developed machines to assemble solar panels to frames, and a different set of machines to burn shunt off from solar panels before they are tested for electrical functioning.

Meet The Founder

Ram Sundar, P. Eng.

Founder and Director

Ram Sundar is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States. He consults in mechanical engineering, business growth, and body language. His experience spans 5 countries and 15 years in the precision engineering industry.

 

Ram regularly helps business owners and job-seekers alike through free webinars through the University of Guelph and several career colleges in Canada. Apart from these, he guides to at-risk youth to prepare them for success in school and interviews. His passions include martial arts, playing the guitar, singing, and riding his motorcycle.

He is a published author of the following books:

  • "Ace Your Job Search": a critically acclaimed book on job search and networking, with a unique twist on improving your body language to get the best out of interviews
